What a terrible day, people. Wayman Tisdale, Oklahoma Sooner basketball star, jazz player and down right great human being, passed away today @ the age of 44 from a battle with cancer."I don't know of any athlete at Oklahoma or any place else who was more loved by the fans who knew him than Wayman Tisdale," said Billy Tubbs, who coached Tisdale with the Sooners. "He was obviously, a great, great player, but Wayman as a person overshadowed that. He just lit up a room and was so positive.''
He battled cancer for two years and I wanna take this time to say Thank You Wayman for showing and proving there are great people out there still. We appreciate you homie. ALL HAIL!!
